While Chantal has seen a little bit of service, she is still in wonderful condition. You'll see a bit of wear on her front decals and the normal pin marks here and there. However, her paint is shiny and pretty and she's certainly a Featherweight to be proud to own. This is a sewing machine that can be used and still show off her beauty at the same time. Not a museum piece, Chantal is for the serious seamstress who wants to work with a pretty Featherweight every day. And of course, the fact that Chantal is the coveted Anniversary Edition as her Blue and Gold badge boasts makes her a little bit more special!

Beautiful graphics! Even the back Singer logo is perfect.
In the past, many service shops placed stickers on these little treasures so that their seamstress had the name and number handy. Thankfully, this company placed their sticker under the bed. I didn't try to remove it as I got a kick out of the old-timey wording.
Still easy to read with no signs of wear, Chantal's tensioner has been adjusted for the perfect upper tension.
Chantal features the "modern" Striated Face Plate.
She can gather a ruffle and attach it at the same time!
Chantal has been completely serviced, polished, oiled and greased. She is all ready to get to work making nice even stitches.
Chantal demonstrates how her Multi-Slotted Binder so nicely attaches binding.
Nice even pleats are a snap with the Ruffler.
This adorable vintage pin cushion belonged to Chantal's previous seamstress and I thought it only fitting that it should go to her new owner.
The original Bakelite foot pedal has a few small scrapes but certainly nothing that will affect Chantal's performance.
New Rubber Feet will ensure the foot pedal is nice and level and won't slip on a hard floor.
A few bumps don't detract from the appearance of Chantal's case. It's in fine condition!
