A beautiful stitcher, Wendy is also lovely to look at! She is one of the later Scroll Plate Featherweights and would make a perfect treasure for the serious seamstress. She's seen a bit of service and has the normal pin marks you would expect to see, but overall she's an above-average Featherweight in perfect working order.
Yes, Wendy has her beautiful Scrolled Face Plate with its lovely etchings! There is something about this design that is so elegant that it's the most sought-after style.
All of Wendy's dials and levers are in perfect working order. Her Upper Tensioner is adjusted to balance the Lower Tension for the correct stitch. Above the Upper Tensioner, you will find the thread guide is missing. I've seen this several times, but it's not a problem. I've used this Featherweight as well as others like it, and it does not affect the performance at all but I wanted to mention it. The Stitch Regular is in great condition.
For her age, Wendy has very pretty decals. They are still bright gold and there is light rubbing here and there.

Wendy has a Bakelite Foot Controller with a great cord and plug. There are several scuffs on the surface of the Pedal.
Her Carrying Case is very good with only minor bumps. A faint circle appears on the front where there used to be a sticker. The leather handle has some flaking, but nothing that would affect the usability.
Wendy was fully serviced, cleaned and adjusted. She received a new leather V belt and new bed cushions as well. A sample stitch is show below. You can see she does a bang-up job!
